What Papyrah provides

A service that generates branded travel documents from information your staff supply. Designs are produced by an AI model and may contain errors — you are responsible for reviewing them before sending anything to a client. Prices, opening hours and entry requirements change; always verify.

Credits and payment

Designs are paid for in advance as credits. Credits do not expire. One delivered document uses one credit; failed generations are never charged. Credits are non-refundable once used, and unused credits can be refunded at our discretion within 30 days of purchase.

Your account

You are responsible for who you add to your staff list and for keeping your login secure. We may suspend accounts used for unlawful content or abuse of the free trial.

Your bot

Where Papyrah assigns you a dedicated Telegram bot, that bot is operated by Papyrah on your behalf for the duration of your account.

Data

See our Privacy policy. Your agency owns its content and the documents produced; you grant us the limited right to process it in order to run the service, and to use anonymised aggregate statistics for market insights unless you opt out.

Liability

The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous three months.
